The company is a private limited company under Indian companies Act 1956. Udipta Energy is a diversified company that provides plethora of services to the E&P companies. The company has also started to diversify its operations to Renewable Energy sector so as to overcome the ever increasing energy demand of the people of India. Renewable Energy division of Udipta Energy has already laid down the road map to focus on New and Renewable Energy Resources to become a pioneer in this Sector by using the state of the art technology. The company currently employs over 250 people with more than 50 professionally qualified technical personnel.
